On May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 entered into force. / WE below we provide information fulfilling the information obligation.

Purpose of processing personal data:
Your personal data will be processed in order to:

- performance of forwarding, transport and logistics contracts until the contract, order or order is completed, unless after this period DirectCargo needs to process your personal data in order to pursue claims, in accordance with art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) GDPR;
- issue billing documents (invoices, bills, corrections) for the implementation of contracts and orders at DirectCargo
- marketing of administrator’s products and services, including for analytical purposes – art. 6 para. 1 letter f) – GDPR;
The scope of personal data processed:
Your personal data will be processed for the provision of services by DirectCargo, including for the implementation of the freight forwarding, transport and logistics services you have ordered.
Retention period for personal data:
Your personal data will be stored until the consent to their storage is withdrawn, but not longer than within 5 years from the date of termination of the contract or order.
Entrusting the processing of personal data:
We entrust your personal data to our technology and accounting partners, i.e. entities that provide hosting and accounting services for us. Data may also be made available to law enforcement and public administration bodies in legally justified cases.
Transfer of personal data to a third country:
Personal data is processed only within the EU.
